Organizational Ideology
Vision: Establishing a robust, conscious, and patriotic youth movement rooted in Eritrean values, aimed at serving the interests of Eritrea and its people on a global scale.
Mission: Preserving and cultivating Eritrean identity and culture by engaging the Eritrean youth in public service and learning experiences that heighten their social, political, economic, and historical awareness and connection to their heritage.
Six National Visions:
National Harmony: Ensuring Eritreans live in harmony, peace, and stability without distinctions based on regional, ethnic, linguistic, religious, gender, or class lines.
Political Democracy: Empowering Eritreans to actively participate and make decisions regarding their lives and country, safeguarded by law and practice.
Economic and Social Development: Fostering social and economic progress in Eritrea through advancements in education, technology, and living standards.
Social Justice: Promoting equitable distribution of wealth, services, and opportunities, with special attention given to disadvantaged sections of society.
Cultural Revival: Drawing from Eritrea's rich cultural heritage and progressive values, cultivating a culture marked by patriotism, respect for humanity, gender equality, love of truth and justice, adherence to law, hard work, self-confidence, self-reliance, open-mindedness, and creativity.
Regional and International Cooperation: Establishing Eritrea as a respected member of the international community through peaceful and cooperative relationships with neighbors and contributions to regional and global peace, security, and development.

National Unity: Emphasizing the importance of rejecting sectarianism and divisiveness, believing in Eritrean unity and focusing on common goals.
Active Public Participation: Recognizing that the liberation struggle's success was founded on people and their organized support, with the principle "Politicize, Organize, and Arm the Masses" as a foundation for victory.
The Human Factor: Acknowledging that dedicated and committed individuals, driven by a just cause, are the key to overcoming obstacles and achieving success.
National and Social Struggle: Connecting the struggle for independence with the struggle for a better future, ensuring the movement aligns with the people's interests.
Self-Reliance: Upholding self-reliance as a core principle, striving for political independence, economic self-sufficiency, and cultural self-confidence without isolating oneself from the international community.
Strong Relationship between People and Leadership: Valuing the role of effective leadership at all levels, recognizing the importance of leaders' connection to the people and their responsiveness to their needs and aspirations.
